Google® IT Support Certification
Prepare for a career in systems administration, network security, and customer support through this hands-on practical course developed by industry professionals. This 120-hour course will teach you to understand core concepts of all IT support jobs including troubleshooting, customer service, networking, systems administration, operating systems, and security. Learn how to work with Linux, cloud computing, and command-line interfaces. Students who complete the course with 80% proficiency will earn Google IT Support Certification and have the opportunity to take the CompTIA A+ certification exams at a reduced rate (exam fee not included in the course cost). In addition to the 1 hour of synchronous class time, students will be required to complete approximately 10 hours of independent study coursework each week.
